Established in 2004 by restaurant extraordinaire Naldo Goncalves, famous for its seafood, Pigalle Restaurant is situated in Sandton, in the Michelangelo Towers, a prominent structure in the Sandton skyline and one of South Africa's elite hotels. The restaurant is upmarket and exclusive, and the menu hits all the right notes comprising fresh seafood and classic dishes with Portuguese flair. The perfect choice for an intimate dinner, catch up with friends or a special occasion. Start with prawns dusted with tandoori spice, shallow-fried and served on warm julienne vegetables, with a pepino and coriander salsa, or try the salmon duo – cured Norwegian salmon on fresh avocado and sesame-encrusted seared salmon drizzled with teriyaki sauce. Pigalle Sandton is fully licensed, and you can indulge in classic cocktails or French Champagne.
